Penny Michelle Abrams PhD., licensed Clinical Psychologist, received her PhD in Clinical Psychology in 1998 from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California. Her two year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neuropsychology and Forensics was at Baylor College of Medicine , Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, in Houston, Texas.
